Board Mitsubishi FX3U-422-BD - Module mở rộng FX3U-422-BD cho FX3U - Mitsubishi Electric
FX3U-422-BD là module sử dụng kết nối tín hiệu từ các thiết bị về PLC FX3U của hãng Mitsubishi.
Các thiết bị như đồng hồ đo nhiệt độ hoặc các loại đầu cân điện tử sử dụng chuẩn truyền RS422 để truyền dữ liệu về PLC.
Hiện tại các dòng PLC cũ của hãng Mitsubishi như FX1S, FX1N được thay thế bằng dòng sản phẩm mới là FX3U. Do đó nếu trong quá trình chuyển đổi thiết bị từ dòng cũ sang dòng mới người dùng nếu có sử dụng Module truyền thông của dòng cũ thì cũng chuyển đổi thành các Module mới của dòng FX3U.
So với kiểu truyền RS232, kiểu truyền RS422 có nhiều ưu điểm hơn do đó Card FX3U-422-BD cũng được sử dụng phổ biến hơn. Tuy nhiên việc chọn module còn tùy thuộc vào thiết bị ngoại vi kết nối theo chuẩn truyền nào.
Module FX3U-422 thường được lắp đặt ngay trên mặt của bộ điều khiển FX3U, và từ module người dùng sẽ kết nối với thiết bị thông qua cáp kết nối.
